Neo Eng Chuan

Principal Psychologist & Founder

Eng Chuan believes that everyone has the innate capacity to overcome struggles in their life. His role as a psychologist is to be the catalyst to bring forth this resource from within. He adopts a non-judgmental approach.

Grace Goh

Senior Counsellor

Grace is guided by Emotion Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems in her work. She believes that emotions are healthy and naturally occurring responses to the external environment. By being attuned to our emotions and bodily responses, we will be able to harness the rich information to meet our needs and lead a fulfilling life. Grace inspires to provide a safe therapeutic space and help her clients learn to befriend their inner voices/parts so that they can accept and embrace themselves with much kindness and compassion.

Lina Ng

Senior Counsellor/ Psychotherapist

To Lina, engaging in psychotherapy is a sacred and healing journey. It is a journey of self-discovery and soul-searching, with the ultimate aim of cultivating wisdom and self-compassion. Her greatest passion is to help her clients never again be a victim of their circumstances but to begin a life with full autonomy and self-empowerment. As she believes each individual is unique, her therapeutic orientations include a personalised evidence-based approaches based on Emotion-focused Therapy (EFT), Choice Theory Reality Therapy (CTRT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR). As a qualified yoga teacher, Lina also incorporates body (somatic) movements in her practice that focuses on interoceptive awareness with the aim of self-regulation and creating safety in the body.

Wan Junmei

Senior Counsellor

Junmei believes in working with clients collaboratively. Junmei views clients as experts of their own experiences and the therapist as an expert of the therapy process. Through this process, she places trust in the agency and growth tendency within them. She believes that even in the depth of our pain, there is strength and resilience. Most importantly, there is within each of us an unrelenting yearning for meaning and love.

Melissa’s therapeutic approach is rooted in Emotion-Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems. She believes in the inherent goodness within each individual and this belief serves as her guiding principle, both within and outside the therapeutic setting...

Zaf has a deep belief that people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. The journey towards healing often needs courage and perseverance. His role as your counsellor is to help you find what you need within yourself to navigate on that journey.
